	Cottage 12A is a large, luxury oceanfront cottage …at an affordable price. 12A is the upper two floors of Cottage 12, whereas 12B is the lower floor. It has the same warmth and charm of 12B, but is much larger, with more luxurious amenities, and a spectacular lanai. The master bedroom has a king bed, built in dressers and TV, a large whirlpool tub, double sinks with marble counters and an open double shower that looks out on a small garden. The second bedroom, with redwood walls, has a queen size bed. The loft, which can easily sleep 4 – 6 kids has spectacular 360 degree views of the ocean, mountains, and golf course. The kitchen, with granite counters and maple cabinets, is well equipped with all electric appliances, as well as all cooking, serving and dining utensils. 		Cottage 12B, the downstairs unit, is nestled into the cliffside trees overlooking Kalapaki Bay. Inside this 1000 square foot cottage, the walls and open beamed ceilings are tongue and groove redwood …giving it a warm, cozy feeling. Every living area has an ocean view, and from the huge deck, you can see cruise ships entering and leaving Nawiliwili Harbor, surfing, canoe paddling, sailing, volleyball, or sun bathers. The master bedroom has a king size bed, built in cabinet/drawers, and a color TV. The living area is comfortably furnished with a dining table and chairs, Hawaiiana couch, love seat, and coffee table, and a color TV/VCR. The second bedroom also has built in cabinets and drawers and a queen-size bed.
